📖 Stage Description

A causse path descending gradually towards the Lot valley. Kermes oak scrub, limestone grasslands and lavognes accompany you, with golden-stone Quercy villages appearing at regular intervals. The hamlet of Mas-de-Vers, quiet and welcoming, marks the gateway to Cahors.

This stage crosses the Lot region over 28.4 km with 440 m of elevation gain. The main villages along the way are: Varaire (km 8, 300 m), Bach (km 14, 290 m).
