📖 Stage Description

A gentle descent from the causses into Cahors, capital of the Lot département. Arriving via the legendary Pont Valentré (14th century, UNESCO-listed) is one of the great highlights of the entire pilgrimage route. Cahors has everything you need for a proper rest day.

This stage crosses the Lot region over 11.8 km with 130 m of elevation gain. The main villages along the way are: Vaylats (km 5, 290 m), Labastide-Marnhac (km 11, 260 m).
