A magnificent descent from the Aubrac toward the Lot valley. Saint-Côme-d'Olt, with its flamboyant twisted bell tower, is a gem. Espalion on the Lot, with its old Romanesque palace and the Pont Vieux (UNESCO), marks the entry into the depths of Aveyron.

This stage crosses the Aveyron region over 24.6 km with 350 m of ascent. Main villages: Saint-Côme-d'Olt (km 16, 360m) — Most Beautiful Village of France, Les Camines (km 10, 700m).
