📖 Stage Description

Short and charming: a link between two jewels of the Aveyron. The Romanesque chapel of Saint-Pierre-de-Bessuéjouls is a hidden treasure. Estaing, a "Most Beautiful Village of France", with its Gothic castle plunging into the Lot, is one of the most beautiful arrivals on the GR65.

This stage crosses the Aveyron region over 12.5 km with 320 m of ascent. Main villages: Saint-Pierre-de-Bessuéjouls (km 4, 420m), Vieilleville (km 9, 480m).
