🗺 Stage Map
📖 Stage Description
Leaving Baiona, the path follows the Ría de Vigo through the fishing villages of Panxón and Nigrán. The scenery of the Ría de Vigo — sheltered beaches, mussel farms and Albariño vineyards — is quintessentially Galician.
The stage crosses wooded hills with views over the Cíes Islands (a national park) before descending to Vigo, the largest city in Galicia, with its massive port and legendary fish market.
Vigo is a major waypoint: the bustling Rúa do Príncipe and the city's plentiful accommodation options offer a well-earned rest before the road continues.
