📖 Stage Description

The penultimate Asturian stage crosses a stretch of coast that remains little known and little visited. The path follows the heights between Navia and Tapia de Casariego, alternating between open views over the Atlantic and forest passages.

You pass through Jarrio (km 8), a village with a hospital (important to note!) and a few services, before rejoining the coast and continuing to Tapia.

Tapia de Casariego is a charming coastal village with a lively square, a fishing port and a delightful summer atmosphere. It is the last Asturian village before the Galician border.
