📖 Stage Description
The penultimate stage of the Camino. From Arzúa, the route now follows the Camino Francés — you walk alongside hundreds of other pilgrims, in an atmosphere very different from the weeks before.
Boente (km 8) with its small church and lively bar, and Ribadiso (km 12) with its riverside albergue and medieval stone bridge — stops that deserve a lingering moment.
O Pedrouzo (Santa Irene / Arca) is the last village before Santiago, nestled in a eucalyptus forest. The mood is both excited and bittersweet: tomorrow is the arrival.
